Sealed believes in giving back to society, and recognises the importance of mentorship. We decided to support the volunteer-led initiative, Sparked, which aligns with our beliefs. Inspired by the likes of an ignited spark that grows bigger, we hope that the efforts that we embark on, small as they may be, will contribute a positive impact to youths.
What is Sparked?
Sparked (formerly known as Sealed for Success) was launched in 2020. Run by volunteers, it aims to empower youths to develop their personal skills and gain industry knowledge through experienced mentors. Sparked has two programmes: Mentorship and Microlearning.
